We wish to inform you that our web servers automatically record some information relating to the electronic access devices used by you, such as the name of your internet service provider, the internet page from which you came, the internet pages visited by you on our website, the date and duration of the visit.

The personal data processed are data collected because: a) provided directly by the interested party; b) automatically collected.
a) The data provided directly by the interested party are all the personal data entered by the user within the site in the fields of the request provisioned or that otherwise provided to the Holder of the processing in any mode.
b) The data collected automatically are navigation data. The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal exercise, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the communication protocols of the Internet. This information is not collected to be associated to identified interested parties, but that for their same nature could, through processing and associations with data held by third parties or by the holder of the treatment, allow to identify users. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in URL notation of the resources requested, time of request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the numerical code indicating the status of the reply given by the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters regarding the operating system and the computer environment of the user. The Holder of the treatment does not communicate to third parties any of the information of the interested parties without their consent, except where required by law. It is in any case excluded the dissemination of the personal data processed. The data are processed exclusively for the purposes for which the data are collected, as described below. The Holder of the data processing use the data supplied by the interested party for: 1. Respond to the requests of the user who has filled out the contact form; 2. Fulfill obligations of law, regulations, community legislation; 3. Only in the case of a specific consent of the user or if the user fills out the form which is specifically designed to newsletter, to enable adherence to additional specific services, such as the sending of future informative and promotional communications. The conferment of the data marked by an asterisk and listed in the section “Data Collected” is required for the purposes referred to in points 1 to 2, to allow the user to receive the requested information and be contacted by the Holder having made a request by filling in the contact forms found within the website. Pursuant to art. 12 – 23 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 each party has the right to request access to personal data, rectification, cancellation, limitation to the treatment, opposition to treatment and the right to data portability. The provision of data for the purpose of sending the newsletter for promotional or informational purposes or research as the legal basis of the consent given by the person concerned. For this reason, it is recognized the right to revoke this consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal and no such revocation to determine any prejudicial consequence for the person concerned. The interested party also has the right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory Authority.
